Rental Rates

Prices include all Florida State and Local County Taxes, utilities, cleaning (before & after your stay), linen etc.

​

Pool Heat must be requested at time of booking and is charged at $150 / £110 per week.

 

Cleaning fees of $125 / £90 will apply to any bookings of 5 days or LESS.

​

A booking deposit of $300 / £200  per week booked  is required to secure your booking.  

​

Payment in full is required 10 weeks before stay.

 

An additional security bond of $300.00 / £200.00 is required with all bookings, this will be refunded on your return from vacation.

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options.

 

We accept both UK and US cheques, bank transfer or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account in Florida.

 

Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with PayPal in Sterling/Dollars or Euros however PayPal do charge to use their facility.
